A five-day journey of yoga, sisterhood, and reconnection on Mexico’s Pacific coast.

A Return to Mazunte: Our Women’s Yoga Retreat
January 13–17, 2026

Hosting this retreat for the third year in Mazunte feels like a privilege that humbles me again and again. Every time I return, I’m reminded that this offering is not just a retreat—it is a circle. A gathering of women who come with open hearts, curious spirits, and the shared desire to reconnect with themselves and the world around them.

What happens when women come together with intention, honesty, and presence is always more than I can anticipate. Each year, the experience becomes its own living, breathing story—woven from laughter, from release, from healing, from joy.

The last retreat still lives in my heart.
I can still feel the early mornings, the ocean breeze brushing our skin, the sound of waves folding into our breath during practice. I remember the depth of our conversations, the softness of our silence, the moments when something inside one of us cracked open in the most beautiful way. These memories have stayed with me like small glowing stones in my pocket—reminders of what is possible when women gather in truth.

And now, I’m preparing to return once again—from January 13–17, 2026—to this small, magical coastal village that continues to call me back.

Why Mazunte Is So Special

Mazunte is known as one of Mexico’s pueblos mágicos—and it truly lives up to its name. But the magic here isn’t flashy or loud. It’s quiet. It moves through the landscape, through the people, through the pace of life. Mazunte teaches you to exhale, to listen, to soften.

For me, Mazunte is a place where I feel deeply connected to nature. Not in a symbolic way—but in a visceral, full-body way. Life is lived outdoors. The air is warm and salty. The ocean is always in conversation. The sun rises with intention. The nights are lit by stars so clear it feels like the sky is leaning in to speak with you.

Here, you remember that you are part of something greater.
That you are nature, not separate from it.
That your body knows the language of the Earth—and has simply been waiting to speak it again.

This is why Mazunte holds our retreat so beautifully. It’s not just a location; it’s a teacher, an ally, a gentle guide back to yourself.

Why Women Should Join This Retreat

This retreat is an invitation for women who are ready to grow into a more aligned version of themselves—one that feels true, grounded, intuitive, and alive.

We live in a world that pulls us constantly outward. Into roles. Into tasks. Into expectations. But during these five days, we step the other way—inward. We reconnect with what is wild, wise, and untouched within us.

This is a journey of rewilding our lives.

Rewilding means returning to your natural rhythm.
Reclaiming your energy.
Remembering your intuition.
Honoring your softness and your strength.
Feeling—not rushing.
Listening—not numbing.
Belonging—not performing.

When we gather as women, without guilt, without obligation, without needing to explain ourselves, something inside settles. You realize that taking time for yourself is not selfish—it is necessary. It is nourishment. It is a homecoming.

This retreat is open to all mind-linked women who feel the pull.
Those who long for healing.
Those who crave clarity.
Those who want to breathe differently.
Those who want to feel supported in a space of trust, depth, and sisterhood.
Those who are ready to step into the next version of themselves—more connected, more aligned, more alive.

Maybe This Journey Is Calling You Too

As I prepare to return to the Pacific coast—the tropical gardens, the open-air spaces, the endless horizon—I can already feel the energy of the group that will gather in 2026. I don’t know your story yet, but I know the transformation that awaits you here.

If something inside you whispers “yes”…
If you feel a tug in your belly, or warmth in your chest…
If you’re longing for a reset, a breakthrough, a gentle place to land…

Then maybe Mazunte is calling you too.

And if it is, I cannot wait to welcome you. More info & details here

Love,

Flo
