Sound Healing immersion
This session is designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect — especially if life has felt fast, full, or overwhelming. This is more than a sound bath. It’s a sensory journey through vibrations and organic rhythms — a blend of Tibetan bowls, tingshas, flutes, native drums, maracas, and my own voice — woven together to create a sacred space for rest, reset, and renewal. Whether you're looking to unplug, reduce stress, or simply experience something different, this sound bath offers a peaceful space to pause, breathe, and take care of yourself. You don’t need any experience — just come as you are. Spaces are limited – reserve your spot now.

Cacao gathering & Sound bath
Join us for our upcoming Cacao Gathering at Marea Yoga Studio .
We invite you to slow down, reconnect, and share a meaningful moment in community.
Inspired by the cycles of nature and ancient wisdom around cacao, this gathering is an opportunity to pause, reflect on where you are, and gently set intentions for a new beginning.
Over the course of the evening, we’ll move through:
- the history and roots of cacao
- a sharing circle
- guided meditation
- intention setting
- a nourishing sound bath
No experience needed — just come as you are.
Spaces are limited – reserve your spot now.
