Last June 2024, for 6-day/5-night, we went in all-inclusive girls trip on an unspoiled island in Greece surrounded by nature, high mountains and crystal clear sea, steeped in mystery tradition and powerful spiritual energy, called Amorgos. We forged powerful bonds with the like-minded women, and we deepened our practice, exploring somatic movement, tantric practices, vocal toning activations and sound bath, all the way we could tap into our goddess and creation energy as expressed through the feminine archetypes, the maiden, mother and crone.
But words are not enough to describe what we felt, better explained in pictures here below ! :-)

Yoga Retreat
In November 2022, I hosted a beautiful yoga retreat, 4 days/3 nights in a magical place called Pueblo del sol, nearby Puerto Escondido, Mexico.
We left our computer at home. We turned our phone off & we fully disconnected in a place surrounded by luxurious vegetation, waterfall & coffee plantation. A place where we could reconnect with ourselves but also with the mother earth & working on finding the balance for more well-being in our mind & body. Through different workshops, rituals, cacao ceremony, sound healing, we could start the process of healing & letting go what no longer serve us…
