Visualize, a magically wild, well-preserved nature of the Pacific coast of Mexico, beautiful beaches and sunsets. This is Mazunte, a cute little seaside village off the Oaxacan coast.
The theme of this women spiritual’s retreat is “Rewild your life”, an invitation to come back to your wild state away from the stress, the distractions of your day-to-day life. We have actually so many things to think about, work, family, friends, partner, we sometimes forgot to enjoy the present moment. The retreat is about coming back to ourselves, a natural state, able to enjoy in full consciousness simple things, exploring movements, music, voice and awareness in an untouched environment.
The retreat includes:
4 nights accommodation
3 meals a day
Yoga classes every day
Workshops
Sound bath
Cacao Ceremony (traditional ritual inspired by the Mayas)
Temazcal, traditional Mexican sweat lodge
Dolphins, wales boat tour
Exploring a protected mangroves area and meeting wild animals (crocodiles, birds, turtles…)
Join us for some well-being practices and wild adventures from January 15th to 19th, 2025, 5-day/4-night. This retreat is open to 14 women, and we already have some spots taken, do not hesitate too long, we do an early bird price for the first 4 lucky women.
