A Human story
The Questions That Started It All
There was a time when I thought becoming a yoga teacher meant having answers.
Knowing the right words. Teaching the “right” way. Being enough.
But the truth is, this path didn’t begin with certainty — it began with questions.
Who am I, really?
What do I truly want to share?
What do I believe in, beyond what I’ve been taught?
And beneath all of that… a quieter voice, persistent and uncomfortable:
Am I legitimate? Am I enough to guide others?
Living With Doubt
Those questions didn’t disappear when I became a teacher.
If anything, they got louder.
Because this journey — the real one — isn’t about mastering poses or collecting certifications. It’s about meeting yourself, again and again, in different seasons of your life.
It’s about unlearning, observing, and having the courage to look inward, even when it’s not comfortable.
The Shift Within
For a long time, I sat with those doubts. The feeling of not being “ready,” not being “there yet.”
But slowly, through experience, self-study, and simply living — something shifted.
I began to realize that the “master” I was searching for… was never outside of me.
It was something waking up within.
And I believe this is true for all of us.
Coming Back to Yourself
That’s why I come back, again and again, to a simple but powerful practice:
Who am I today? And what do I believe?
Not as a fixed identity — but as a living question.
Because when you take the time to ask yourself honestly, something aligns. You move with more clarity. You act with more intention.
And without forcing anything, you begin to attract the people who resonate with your energy — the ones who are ready to meet you where you are.
Not because you have all the answers.
But because you show up with honesty.
What I Offer
When you come to one of my classes or ceremonies, I won’t offer you perfection.
I won’t offer you a fixed formula or a “one-size-fits-all” way of healing.
What I offer is presence.
Guidance from the heart.
A space where you can reconnect with yourself.
Because I deeply believe that the tools you’re searching for… are already within you.
My role is simply to help you remember.
What I Believe
I believe in the power of the spirit to free us from conditioning.
I believe in free will — in the ability to choose, again and again, who we become.
I believe in respecting all forms of life, and in the deep interconnection between everything that exists.
In nature, nothing stands alone.
And neither do we.
When we allow ourselves to be authentic — really authentic — and when we cultivate empathy, something shifts.
There is more understanding.
More connection.
More unity.
Energy begins to flow.
And when it flows, there is space for transformation.
When it doesn’t, we feel it — as heaviness, as stagnation, as disconnection.
My Vision
My vision is to be a bridge.
Between ancient wisdom that has been forgotten…
And the reality we live in today.
To bring it down to earth. To make it accessible.
To show that spirituality doesn’t have to be complicated, distant, or disconnected from real life.
For me, it’s like the image of an eagle — grounded, yet able to fly high.
Feet on the earth. Spirit open to the sky.
Because spirituality, when it comes from the heart — your own heart — is not an illusion or an escape.
It is a tool for freedom.
Your Own Guide
But it asks something in return: honesty. Discernment. The willingness to question everything — not from fear, but from awareness.
To feel what is true for you.
To trust what resonates… and also what doesn’t.
Because in the end, you are your own guide.
Holding Your Light
And maybe, especially in a world that can feel chaotic or uncertain, this is what matters most:
To stay close to your inner light.
To protect it. To nurture it. To trust it.
To not be afraid of change.
And to keep choosing the path of the heart.
From my heart to yours, Flo
