I would love to… But, it’s too expensive
I hear this often — and I understand. Truly. When we see the cost of a retreat, it can feel like a lot to invest in one go. But before closing the door, I invite you to pause and look deeper.
Ask yourself: What is this retreat actually offering me?
This isn’t just about yoga or time away. It’s five days of intentional living. Of being nourished — with movement, stillness, breath, food, nature, connection, and presence. It’s waking up in a space designed for your healing. It’s being guided by experienced facilitators who hold space with care and devotion. It’s the freedom to unplug, breathe, and remember who you are — beyond the noise.
Yes, there is a cost. But what’s included goes far beyond the surface:
🛏 Thoughtfully curated accommodations in nature
🍲 Nourishing meals made with love and local ingredients
🧘♀️ Daily yoga & embodiment practices (Vinyasa + Yin)
🍫 Cacao ceremonies & sound healing to soften the heart
🌿 Immersions in ancestral wisdom & local traditions
🎨 Creative expression, waterfall swims, and sacred rest
When you break it down, the cost per day — for all of this — becomes far more accessible. And still, I know money can be a challenge. That’s why I offer flexible payment plans, low deposits, and open conversations. I want this experience to be possible, not exclusive.
Sometimes we spend money without thinking — on clothes, tech, or distractions. But when it comes to our inner world — to healing, rest, clarity — we hesitate. Why is that? Why is our own well-being often the last thing we feel “worthy” of investing in?
If this retreat speaks to you — if something in your body lights up when you imagine it — trust that. That’s your intuition calling. And once you feel that resonance, ask yourself:
Have I explored every way to make it happen? Have I reached out? Have I asked for support?
There’s always a way — sometimes it just starts with a conversation.
More than anything, I want to remind you: You are worth it.
Your rest. Your healing. Your reconnection. It matters.
Roots & Renewal isn’t about being flexible or “spiritual enough.” It’s about being human. It’s about arriving as you are, and letting yourself soften into who you’re becoming.
If this feels aligned, let’s talk.
Let’s find a way — together.
